INTEGRAL, GREEN & CIRCULAR

SELF SUSTAINABLE CONVERTING SOLID WASTE INTO ENERGY, RENEWABLE PRODUCTS AND CLEAN AIR

Waste is not only an environmental problem, in general it is considered to be an economic loss also. However, the WASTEGONE Eco Decomposition System - developed by our tech-partner International Green Air Engineering -  does not only decompose a wide variety of dry solid waste at a ratio of 1/200 - 1/300 times the input volume. It also produces considerable amounts of free green electricity and heat as well a limited amount of renewable byproducts. Due to the applied innovative  'Oxy-Ion Magnetic Decomposition'  technology it's also self sustaining, running on atmospheric air (oxygen) only instead of electricity or fossil fuel. And on top of that it only emits clean, non toxic air!

RENEWABLE OUTPUT

By applying the innovative but proven technology the WASTEGONE produces by-products that are 100% renewable. When processing Municipal (mixed) Sollid Waste the resulting eco friendly ash can be used as an ingredient of concrete, tiles and bricks. And mixed with water the ash can be used for improving soil conditions. In case of non mixed solid waste containing a substantial amount of polymer products/plastics, the WASTEGONE also produces bio-sludge that can be processed into bio fuel/oil.

The considerable amount of free green energy generated by the WASTEGONE can be used to realize energy savings or can be distributed to provide, for example, residential areas with off grid electricity and heat.

ECONOMIC, EASE OF OPERATION & RELOCATABLE

The WASTEGONE is not only available in a wide range of waste processing capacities, the maintenance costs are minimal and it doesn't require highly skilled operators. This solution is therefore affordable to smaller organizations with limited budgets and human resources. To meet an increasing processing demand the capacity can be up scaled easily by putting more units in line. And due to its compact design the WASTEGONE can be relocated easily.

PRODUCT RANGE

The PLC operated WASTEGONE comes in a range of models. Our smallest model, the WG5T is capable of processing 5 tons of solid waste per 24 hours. The capacity increases with the WG10T, 20T, 40T, 60T, 80T and the 100T. Processing MSW, the WG5T generates max 60 kW of green electricity and 262 kJ of captured heat per hour.  The 100T however delivers max 1,2 mW and 5.230 kJ per hour!

SUPERIOR TO INCINERATION AND OTHER WASTE TO ENERGY ALTERNATIVES

The WASTEGONE offers numerous advantages over incinerators, pyrolysis plants and other Waste to Energy alternatives. We invite you to check out our comprehensive comparison.

DECOMPOSABLE TYPES OF WASTE

WHAT GOES IN BUT DOESN'T COME OUT

HOW DOES THIS INNOVATIVE SOLUTION WORK?

The decomposition process is ignited by directing a small amount of heated atmospheric air (oxygen) through the strong magnetic field created by the WASTEGONE's own magnet cores in the oxygen starved decomposition chamber.

The heated oxygen absorbed by the magnetic field not only generates the required temperatures (200 – 1200°C), at the same time highly reactive, negatively charged oxygen ions are formed. The heat inside the chamber decomposes the waste while the highly oxidative oxygen eliminates the dioxins and other harmful compounds, which are a result of the decomposition process, by oxidation.

After passing through the smoke chamber the emission is then treated through 3 wet scrubbers to bring it within the norms as required by strict European and U.S. source emission regulations.

SOURCE EMISSION COMPLIES WITH

STRICT REGULATIONS

The WASTEGONE’s source emission complies with strict U.S. (pollution control board) and European emission regulations. The source emission results are obtained applying the internationally recognized Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) program and are published in the document ‘SOURCE EMISSION TEST REPORTS AND ASH & SLUDGE COMPLIANCE’.
